Additional Photos from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers
Development blueprints for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Furthermore included in this latest document disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated plans to develop the substantial island by building residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a channel, a strait in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and includes a legend detailing different areas of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as plans for boat shelters.
Further materials released as part of the ongoing oversight process.
